Switzerland in the Eurovision Song Contest. Switzerland has been a part of the Eurovision Song Contest 64 times since the beginning in 1956 – in Switzerland. And the winner of the very first Eurovision Song Contest was… Lys Assia from Switzerland with the song “Refrain.”

Switzerland won the 1988 contest with a then-unknown girl, Céline Dion, with the song “Ne Partez Pas Sans Moi” (only ONE point in front of number two, the United Kingdom). A star was born!

Their latest victory was in Eurovision Song Contest 2024 where Nemo won with “The Code”.

Since the introduction of the Semi-finals in 2004, Switzerland has only managed to qualify for the Grand Final in 9 out of 20 tries. Switzerland is a proud member of “Club Null,” with four contests without any points.

Zoë Më. Despite being 1.80 metres tall, Zoë Më describes herself as a “little fairy” with a deep connection to two cultures, both of which are represented in her music.

She sings in both German and French, blending poetic pop with ‘chanson’. Born in Basel, she lived in Germany before moving with her family to Fribourg in 2009.

She began writing her own songs at the age of 10, and her love for the French language soon began to shape her musicality; which she nurtured through school, friendships and her personal passions.

Her ability to bridge cultures through music has earned her widespread recognition. In 2024, she was awarded ‘SRF 3 Best Talent’ and ‘RTS Artiste Radar’. Her bilingual EP Dorienne Gris led to performances at prestigious festivals, including the Montreux Jazz Festival and Luzern Live.

• Selected song: “Voyage” is a song performed by Swiss singer and songwriter Zoë Më. She will represent Switzerland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel, Switzerland.

Switzerland selected its representative and song via internal selection. On 5 March 2025, the broadcaster Swiss Broadcasting Corporation announced that Zoë Më would represent Switzerland in the 2025 contest . Just five days later, “Voyage” was revealed. As Switzerland is hosting the 2025 contest, “Voyage” will not be required to compete in the semi-finals, but the song will still be performed albeit in a non-competitive spot, after the Croatian entry and before the Cypriot one. “Voyage” will be the penultimate song of the night.

Lyrics of Voyage (French, English)

Mes yeux candides découvrent le monde
D’une façon naïve à faire confondre
Les démons de la nuit.
Mmh, mmh.

Tu me balances des mots qui m’étouffent
Quoi qu’il advienne je me couche
Près de toi ce soir.
Mmh, mmh.

Tu comprendras un jour
Que les fleurs sont plus belles
Quand tu les arroses
Tu m’as coupé tellement de…

…Fois
Si tu veux je pars
Avec toi pour faire un voyage
Faire un voyage, voyage
Faire un voyage avec toi

Laisse-moi t’aimer même si tu m’aimes pas
Je vais me noyer dans tes larmes
Je vais partager ton vague à l’âme
Tu me bouffes avec ton regard
Quoi qu’il advienne je ne cesserai jamais
De chanter pour toi

Tu comprendras un jour
Que les fleurs sont plus belles
Quand tu les arroses
Tu m’as coupé tellement de…

…Fois
Si tu veux je pars
Avec toi pour faire un voyage
Faire un voyage, voyage
Faire un voyage avec toi

Faire un, faire un voyage
Faire un, faire un voyage
Faire un, faire un voyage
Avec moi
Faire un, faire un voyage
Faire un, faire un voyage
Faire un, faire un voyage
Avec moi, avec…

…Moi
Si tu veux je pars
Avec toi pour faire un voyage
Faire un voyage, voyage
Faire un voyage avec toi

—

My candid eyes discover the world in a naive way
That confounds the demons of the night.
You throw words at me that choke me.
No matter what, I’ll lie next to you tonight.

One day you’ll understand that flowers are more beautiful when you water them
You’ve cut me so many times.

If you want I’ll go with you on a journey.
Go on a journey, journey.
Go on a journey with you.

Let me love you even if you don’t.
I’ll drown in your tears.
I’ll share your melancholy.
You eat me up with your gaze.
No matter what I’ll never stop singing to you.

You’ll understand one day that flowers are more beautiful when you water them.
You’ve cut me so many times.

If you want I’ll go with you on a journey.
Go on a journey, journey. Go on a journey with you.

Go on, go on a journey.
Go on, go on a journey.
Go on, go on a journey.
With me.
Go on, go on a journey.
Go on, go on a journey.
Go on, go on a journey.
With me. With me.

If you want I’ll go with you on a journey.
Go on a journey, journey.
Go on a journey with you.

Louane. Louane, a major icon of the French music scene, is considered more than just an artist: She has been called a bridge between the personal and the universal.

First coming to prominence at just 16 years of age on The Voice, and crowned with a César Award for La Famille Bélier, she has, in just a decade, touched millions of hearts and created a deeply human body of work.

From Chambre 12 (double diamond-certified), propelled by the phenomenal success of Avenir, to Sentiments, born from an intimate collaboration with her fans, each album reflects a key chapter in her life.

With sold-out tours across Europe’s largest venues and prestigious accolades (NRJ Music Awards, Victoires de la Musique), this artist lights up the stage with her voice, her sincerity, and her ability to capture the essence of human emotions.

• Selected entrant: Anne Edwige Maria Peichert (born 26 November 1996), known by her stage name Louane Emera or simply Louane, is a French singer and actress. In France she became known for being a semi-finalist in the 2013 season of The Voice: la plus belle voix, and is known internationally for her role in the 2014 film La Famille Bélier, for which she won the César Award for Most Promising Actress. She is set to represent France in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song “Maman”.

Early life. Born Anne Peichert in Sainte-Catherine on 26 November 1996, she grew up in the French department of Pas-de-Calais, with her four sisters and her only brother Bach. Louane’s father, Jean-Pierre Peichert, was French, son of a Polish mother and German father. Her mother, Isabel Pinto dos Santos, was Brazilian-Portuguese, daughter of a Portuguese father and a Brazilian mother.

In 2008, she took part in L’École des stars, a French music competition broadcast on channel Direct 8.

Louane, who was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of eight, said that her parents often had to punish her due to her hyperactivity, but that she has learned a lot about discipline from them and that they always treated her with love.

Louane lost both of her parents during her teenage years; her rendition of “Imagine” was dedicated to her father who had died just three months prior to her appearance in The Voice and her mother died in 2014 after a lengthy illness.

Career.

Music. In 2013, her first real breakthrough came with her taking part in The Voice: la plus belle voix’s second season. She auditioned with “Un homme heureux” by William Sheller with all four coaches Florent Pagny, Jenifer, Louis Bertignac and Garou turning their chairs. She opted to be part of Team Louis Bertignac. Her “blind audition” episode was broadcast on 16 February 2013.

On 23 March 2013, during the Musical Battles round, she was picked by Bertignac against her rival Diana Espir, after both interpreted “Torn” by Natalie Imbruglia. During the live rounds, she sang “Les moulins de mon cœur” by Michel Legrand and was saved by public vote. On 27 April 2013 she performed “Call Me Maybe” by Carly Rae Jepsen and was saved by her mentor coach to go through. With Lennon’s “Imagine” dedicated to her deceased father, she was saved yet again by public vote. But her luck ended in the semi-finals after her rendition of “Quelqu’un m’a dit” by Carla Bruni. She had a cumulative score of 74 while the other Team Bertignac semi-finalist Loïs had a composite score of 76. Accordingly, Louane was eliminated, finishing 5th to 8th.

On 5 February 2015, she served as an opening act for Jessie J’s showcase in Paris.

Her debut studio album, Chambre 12, was released on 2 March 2015, to great success. Her single “Avenir” also topped the French charts.

In 2017, she provided vocals for the track, “It Won’t Kill Ya,” from The Chainsmokers’ debut album, Memories…Do Not Open.

On 1 September 2021, for Pokémon 25, she released the song “Game Girl”, whose name is a pun on the Game Boy.

On 30 January 2025, it was announced that Louane would represent France at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel. The title of her song is “Maman”, where she speaks of her late mother.

Acting. After her appearance in The Voice, Éric Lartigau noticed her and cast her for his movie La Famille Bélier in which she played the role of Paula, a 16-year-old who is the only hearing person in a family of deaf people. The character sings a number of Michel Sardou songs, most notably “Je vole”. As a result, she won the César Award for Most Promising Actress at the 40th ceremony of the Césars.

She plays a leading role as a child psychologist in the TF1 2022 French TV series Visions, which premiered at Canneseries that year. The series, directed by Akim Isker, also stars Soufiane Guerrab, Jean-Hugues Anglade, and Julien Boisselier.[18] The story centres on an investigation into a missing child, and young boy who appears to see strange visions.

Personal life. Louane is in a relationship with singer Florian Rossi. In March 2020, she gave birth to a daughter called Esmée.

Entry chronology

◄ “Mon amour” (2024) • “maman” (2025) • “” (2026) ►

• Selected song: “Maman” (stylized in all lowercase) is a song by French singer Louane. It was written by Louane herself alongside Tristan Salvati, who produced the song. The ballad was released on 15 March 2025. The song will represent France in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

Background. The song “Maman” is a tribute to Louane’s mother, who died of cancer in 2014, when Louane was 17 years old.

In 2015, she released another song with the same title as part of her debut album Chambre 12. In 2025, this first song was withdrawn from streaming platforms and replaced by the new song. Louane commented: “It’s a sequel, of course. There are a few words in common between the two, but they’re two different songs. For the first time, I’m finally well. And this new song exists for that reason. I’d like it to be the only thing we remember, rather than dwelling on the past.”

The 2025 song makes several references to the 2015 song, showing how Louane has grieved her mother in the last ten years. For example, the 2015 song started with the words “Les amants passent de lit en lit” (Lovers move from bed to bed), the 2025 song starts with the words “Y a plus d’amants, Y a plus de lits” (No more lovers, no more beds). Whilst the 2015 song was notably downbeat (“I’m not well in my head […] I’ve lost my taste for fun […] I can’t find meaning in my quest”), the 2025 song is more positive and upbeat with the chorus “Je vais mieux, je sais où je vais” (I’m better, I know where I’m going). The 2025 cites finding love and becoming a mother herself as to how Louane got better.

Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

Internal selection. France’s broadcaster France Télévisions, via France 2, officially announced their participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 on 30 August 2024. On 30 January 2025, Louane was officially announced as the country’s representative for that year. On 15 March 2025, she revealed her entry as “maman”, and performed it at the Stade de France, during half-time of the match between France and Scotland in the 2025 Six Nations Championship tournament.

At Eurovision. The Eurovision Song Contest 2025 will take place at St. Jakobshalle in Basel, Switzerland, and will consist of two semi-finals to be held on the respective dates of 13 and 15 May and the final on 17 May 2025. As France is a member of the “Big Five”, “maman” automatically qualified for the grand final.

Lyrics of maman (French Ι English)

Y’a plus d’amants
Y’a plus de lits
Finalement tu vois
J’ai construit ma vie
Et le vide est grand
Les questions aussi
Toi tu vas comment

Maman, maman, maman, maman

There are no more one night stands
There are no more beds
In the end, you see
I’ve built my life
And the emptiness is vast
The questions too
How are you?
Do you see everything here?
I’ve changed a lot
I’ve grown up a lot
From you, I kept everything that makes me who I am

I’m better, I know where I’m going
I stopped counting the years
And if I wanted to stop time
Now, it’s me she calls ‘Mum’

Mum, Mum, Mum

I’ve found indelible love
You know, the real one, always
Even when time flies
When he holds my hand
I’m no longer afraid of anything
And it feels like before
When you used to hold my hand

I’m better, I know where I’m going
I stopped counting the years
And if I wanted to stop time
Now, it’s me she calls ‘Mum’

Mum, Mum, Mum

I’m better, I know where I’m going
I stopped counting the years
And if I wanted to stop time
Now, it’s me she calls ‘Mum’

Mum, Mum, Mum, Mum, Mum

If I wanted to stop time
Now, it’s me she calls

Germany in the Eurovision Song Contest. Germany is a grand old country in the Eurovision Song Contest. They have participated 67 times since the beginning in 1956.

The only year Germany didn’t participate was in 1996. Prior to the competition in 1996, 30 countries had signed up for participation, so the EBU had to make a selection. Judges from the participating countries made a secret vote, where the top-22 songs qualified. During this vote, the judges only listened to, but didn’t watch, the contestants. This turned out to be highly unpopular, and it was also the only time this method was used. The result of the vote was that Germany was ruled out. This was the first and only time Germany didn’t participate in the Eurovision Song Contest.

Germany’s best results are two victories: in 1982 (Nicole – “Ein Bißchen Frieden”) and 2010 (Lena – “Satellite”). Their worst results are nine last place finishes. Germany is a member of the “Big-5,” which means they don’t have to go through the Semi-final round and are automatically qualified for the Grand Final. They are also a member of “Club Nul Points,” with zero points in 1964, 1965 and 2015.

Their father, a cellist with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, influenced them from an early age and they both learnt to play classical instruments very young.

They wrote their first songs together in 2016, and their musical career has taken them from family evenings in the classroom to gigs in Vienna, Berlin and Hanover.

Within the duo, Abor is primarily responsible for the beats and arrangements, while Tynna works her magic on the lyrics and vocals.

• Selected song: “Baller” (“Shoot” or “Pop”) is a song by the Austrian music duo Abor & Tynna from their debut studio album, Bittersüß. It was released on 24 January 2025 through Jive Records. “Baller” is set to represent Germany in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025. It is the first song written entirely in German to represent the country since 2007. It reached number thirteen on the German single charts.

Background and composition. Following his highly anticipated comeback to television in 2024, German entertainer and songwriter Stefan Raab was announced as the head presentor of the 2025 selection through a show called Chefsache ESC 2025 – Wer singt für Deutschland? After multiple unsatisfying placements in previous years, German broadcasters ARD and RTL joined forces with Raab to help select a candidate. The Austrian music duo Abor & Tynna who had previously opened for Nina Chuba’s Glas tour in 2024 entered the contest as one of nearly 3,300 contestants.

“Baller” was released as the lead single for their debut studio album Bittersüß on 24 January 2025. The song is a “modern German pop song” with stylistic effects that reminded Raab of the works of Udo Lindenberg. The song was self-written and self-produced by the duo alongside producer Alexander Hauer. Accompanied by Tynna’s “husky” vocals and a “catchy” hook, it combines elements of electronic music and Hip-hop.

Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

Chefsache ESC 2025 – Wer singt für Deutschland?. In a competition spanning four shows from 14 February to 1 March 2025, the selection of 3,281 applicants was narrowed down to 24 competing acts who performed cover songs and their own original songs. Following the elimination of 15 more acts, the final and superfinal took place on 1 March. As opposed to previous years, the winner was solely selected through public voting. An early favourite of jury panel members Conchita Wurst and Nico Santos, the duo won the public voting with 34.9% of all the votes. As a nod to their father, a cellist of the Vienna Philharmonic, their performance most notably included the destruction of a cello.

At Eurovision. The Eurovision Song Contest 2025 will take place at St. Jakobshalle in Basel, Switzerland, and will consist of two semi-finals to be held on the respective dates of 13 and 15 May and the final on 17 May 2025. As Germany is a member of the “Big Five”, “Baller” automatically qualified for the grand final.

Lyrics of Baller (German, English)

Ich ballalalalalalaler Löcher in die Nacht
Sterne fallalalalen und knallen auf mein Dach
Es tut noch bisschen weh, wenn ich dich wiederseh‘, aber
Ich komm‘ nie wieder, egal was du mir sagst

Ich ballalalalalalaler Löcher in die Nacht
Sterne fallalalalen und knallen auf mein Dach
Es tut noch bisschen weh, wenn ich dich wiederseh‘, aber
Ich komm‘ nie wieder, egal was du mir sagst

Also wechsle ich Parfums
Und kauf‘ mir neues Gewand

Ich krieg‘ wieder diesen Drang
Ich will den Weltuntergang
Hah ich glaub’ das wars
I shoot for the stars

Ich ballalalalalalaler Löcher in die Nacht
Sterne fallalalalen und knallen auf mein Dach
Es tut noch bisschen weh, wenn ich dich wiederseh‘, aber
Ich komm‘ nie wieder, egal was du mir sagst

Ich ballalalalalalaler Löcher in die Nacht
Sterne fallalalalen und knallen auf mein Dach
Es tut noch bisschen weh, wenn ich dich wiederseh‘, aber
Ich komm‘ nie wieder, egal was du mir sagst

Ich seh‘ die Sternensplitter, auf meiner Haut wie Glitzer
Hab‘ gelernt was mich nicht killt, macht mich nur schicker
Würdest du für mich immer noch ‘ne Kugel fangen?
Weil deine Waffe, ist jetzt in meiner Hand

Ich setz‘ ein Punkt nach dem Satz
Als hätt‘ ich dich nie gekannt
Und dann wechsle ich Parfums
Und kauf‘ mir neues Gewand

Ich krieg‘ wieder diesen Drang
Ich will den Weltuntergang
Hah ich glaub’ das wars
I shoot for the stars

Ich ballalalalalalaler Löcher in die Nacht
Sterne fallalalalen und knallen auf mein Dach
Es tut noch bisschen weh, wenn ich dich wiederseh‘, aber
Ich komm‘ nie wieder, egal was du mir sagst

Ich ballalalalalalaler Löcher in die Nacht
Sterne fallalalalen und knallen auf mein Dach
Es tut noch bisschen weh, wenn ich dich wiederseh‘, aber
Ich komm‘ nie wieder, egal was du mir sagst

I shoot holes into the night
Stars fall and bang on my roof
It still hurts a little when I see you again, but
I’ll never come back, no matter what you say

I shoot holes into the night
Stars fall and bang on my roof
It still hurts a little when I see you again, but
I’ll never come back, no matter what you say

Chalk silhouettes on the sidewalk
A crime scene between us, like on CSI
You said “I’m sorry baby” for the first time
Should have known then, that was the end of us

You put a dot after the sentence
Like you never knew me
So I change perfumes
And buy myself a new outfit

I get that urge again
I want the end of the world
Hah, I think that’s it
I shoot for the stars

I shoot holes into the night
Stars fall and bang on my roof
It still hurts a little when I see you again, but
I’ll never come back, no matter what you say

I shoot holes into the night
Stars fall and bang on my roof
It still hurts a little when I see you again, but
I’ll never come back, no matter what you say

I see the shards of stars, on my skin like glitter
I’ve learned what doesn’t kill me only makes me prettier
Would you still catch a bullet for me?
Because your weapon is now in my hand

I’ll put a dot after the sentence
Like I never knew you
And then I’ll change perfumes
And buy myself a new outfit

I get that urge again
I want the end of the world
Hah, I think that’s it
I shoot for the stars

I shoot holes into the night
Stars are falling and banging on my roof
It still hurts a little when I see you again, but
I’ll never come back, no matter what you say

I shoot holes into the night
Stars fall and bang on my roof
It still hurts a little when I see you again, but
I’ll never come back, no matter what you say

Italy in the Eurovision Song Contest. Italy has participated in 49 Eurovision contests. They have won three times: 1964: Gigliola Cinquetti – Non Ho L’étà, 1990: Toto Cutugno – Insieme: 1992, and 2021: Måneskin – Zitti e buoni.

Their worst result came in 1966, when they finished last.Italy’s most well-known song is “Nel Blu Dipinto Di Blu,” better known as “Volare” from 1958. It is also the most covered Eurovision Song Contest song ever. The song has been covered by famous stars such as Dean Martin, Cliff Richard, David Bowie and many more.

Italy took a long pause from the Eurovision Song Contest between 1998 and 2010. Since then, Italy has been a “Big-5” country, which means they don’t have to go through the Semi-final round and are automatically qualified for the Grand Final.

Lucio Corsi. Lucio Corsi is an Italian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from the Maremma in southern Tuscany.

His music draws inspiration from both the great Italian and the classic singer-songwriter traditions, with influences ranging from Paolo Conte and Lucio Dalla to Bob Dylan and Randy Newman.

As well as being the title of his Eurovision Song Contest entry, Volevo Essere Un Duro is also the name of Lucio’s new LP. It follows a critically-lauded run of albums: La Gente Che Sogna, inspired by 1970s glam rock; the acclaimed Cosa Faremo Da Grandi?; the concept album Bestiario Musicale, which explores the animals of his homeland; and his early EPs Altalena Boy and Vetulonia Dakar.

The artist’s decade-long career also includes plenty of live touring (including an opening performance for The Who). Lucio’s 2024 hit Tu Sei Il Mattino played a key role in series three of the Paramount+ hit show Vita da Carlo.

• Selected entrant: Lucio Corsi (born 15 October 1993) is an Italian singer-songwriter. Born and raised in the Maremma region of Tuscany, he is known for his blend of glam rock, surreal lyrics, and fairy-tale themes.

Corsi began composing music at a young age and moved to Milan after high school to pursue his career, releasing his debut EPs, Vetulonia Dakar and Altalena Boy. In 2017, Corsi released Bestiario musicale, a concept album dedicated to the animals of his native Maremma, and gained recognition by opening for major Italian artists. He signed with Sugar Music in 2019, releasing Cosa faremo da grandi? (2020), La gente che sogna (2023), and Volevo essere un duro (2025), which were praised by critics. Corsi took part in the Sanremo Music Festival 2025 with his song “Volevo essere un duro”, finishing in second place. He was then announced as the Italian entrant for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 after the winner of this year’s Sanremo, Olly, declined the opportunity to do so.

In addition to his music career, Corsi has appeared in Gucci’s fashion campaigns and participated in Italian television shows such as L’assedio and the series Vita da Carlo by Carlo Verdone. He has been awarded several accolades, including the MEI Best Independent Artist prize and the “Mia Martini” Critics prize.

Early life and education. Lucio Corsi was born in Grosseto in 1993 and grew up in a farmhouse in Val di Campo, near Vetulonia. His family runs a restaurant in nearby Macchiascandona. His mother, Nicoletta Rabiti, is a painter, while his father Marco has worked various jobs, including as a RAI operator, bricklayer, and leather craftsman.

Corsi began composing his first songs at a young age. He stated that he developed a passion for music as a child after watching The Blues Brothers on television.[6] Since 2011, he has performed in local venues and public squares in his hometown. Initially influenced by the experimental style of Peter Gabriel-era Genesis, he composed instrumental progressive rock pieces before shifting toward a singer-songwriter style inspired by artists such as Flavio Giurato and Ivan Graziani.

In 2012, he graduated from the “Guglielmo Marconi” Scientific High School in Grosseto.

Career.

2013–2016: Debut and first EPs. After graduation, Corsi moved to Milan to pursue a music career, living first along the Naviglio Pavese, then in Via Ripamonti, and finally in Niguarda.

On 29 April 2014, he released his debut EP, Vetulonia Dakar, featuring five tracks. On 7 June, he performed the song “Le api” at the MI AMI Festival, and on 17 August, he opened for Stadio at the final night of Festambiente. During this period, he met Federico Dragogna of Ministri, with whom he produced his second EP, Altalena Boy, as well as Matteo Zanobini, a collaborator of Brunori Sas, who introduced him to the label Picicca Dischi.

Corsi’s debut album, Altalena Boy/Vetulonia Dakar, compiling both previously released EPs, was released on 16 January 2015, under Picicca Dischi and distributed by Sony Music. The album received positive critical reception, praised for its glam rock style and surreal lyrics.

2017–2018: Bestiario musicale and recognition. On 27 January 2017, Corsi released his first studio album, Bestiario musicale, under Picicca Dischi. A concept album with a fairy-tale theme, it features eight tracks, each dedicated to an animal from his homeland Maremma.

Throughout 2017, he opened for Baustelle and Brunori Sas during their respective theater tours, developing a friendship with Francesco Bianconi. Alongside Bianconi, he was selected as a model for Gucci’s Cruise 2018 campaign, walking the runway at Palazzo Pitti in Florence on 29 May. In the autumn, he also participated in Roman Rhapsody, a project curated by creative director Alessandro Michele and photographer Mick Rock. That same year, he was one of the eight finalists of the 28th edition of the Musicultura competition, performing “Altalena Boy” at the Arena Sferisterio in Macerata on 23 June. Corsi was also awarded the MEI Best Emerging Artist prize at the MEI Special Millennials event held in Rome.

In October 2018, he took part in When Mediterranean Meets the Gulf: Words and Notes, a music event in Abu Dhabi and Kuwait City, alongside Margherita Vicario, Nicolò Carnesi, Dimartino, and Fabrizio Cammarata. The event was supported by the Italian Embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

2019–2023: Cosa faremo da grandi? and La gente che sogna. In 2019, Corsi signed with Sugar Music and released his new single “Cosa faremo da grandi?” on 25 October, serving as both the lead single and the title track of his second album. The second single, “Freccia Bianca”, was released on 9 January 2020, followed by the album Cosa faremo da grandi? on 17 January.[4] The album was produced by Francesco Bianconi and Antonio Cupertino.

In late 2020, he was a regular guest on the television program L’assedio, hosted by Daria Bignardi on Nove, performing alongside his band. In 2021, he competed at the Premio Tenco, becoming one of the youngest participants in the festival’s history.

On 21 April 2023, Corsi released his third studio album, La gente che sogna, produced by his longtime friend and fellow countryman Tommaso Ottomano, who has also directed all of his music videos. It was followed by a summer tour. On 17 June, he opened for The Who at Firenze Rocks. After the success of his summer shows, Corsi launched his winter tour in October, starting in Brescia, where he performed and received the Musica da Bere award during the festival of the same name. That same month, he was also honored with the MEI Award for Best Independent Artist of the Year at the Meeting delle Etichette Indipendenti in Faenza.

2024–present: Volevo essere un duro, Sanremo and Eurovision. On 12 November 2024, Corsi released the single “Tu sei il mattino”, which was featured in the soundtrack of the third season of Vita da Carlo, the TV series by Carlo Verdone. He also made a guest appearance in the show, playing himself.

In February 2025, Corsi competed in the Sanremo Music Festival 2025 with the song “Volevo essere un duro”. On the fourth evening dedicated to cover songs, he duetted with Topo Gigio, performing “Nel blu, dipinto di blu” by Domenico Modugno. On the final evening, Corsi placed second overall, but was awarded the Critics Prize. Later that month, RAI appointed him as the Italian entrant for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel, Switzerland, after the Sanremo winner Olly declined the opportunity.

His fourth album, Volevo essere un duro, was released on 21 March 2025.

• Selected song: “Volevo essere un duro” (I wanted to be a tough guy) is a 2025 song by Italian singer-songwriter Lucio Corsi, co-written with Tommaso Ottomano and produced by Corsi, Ottomano and Antonio Cupertino. It was released by Sugar Music on 12 February 2025, as the second single of the album of the same name.

The song competed in the Sanremo Music Festival 2025, finishing in second place and being awarded the Critics Prize. It was later chosen as the Italian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, after the Sanremo winner Olly declined the opportunity to represent the country in the contest.

Composition. The song, written by Corsi himself with Tommaso Ottomano, who co-produced it with Antonio Cupertino, unfolds as a reflection on personal and societal expectations regarding self-image versus bullying when he was a child. In an interview given on the occasion of the Sanremo 2025 Festival, Corsi described the meaning of his song, stating: “It talks about the idea that this world would like us to be infallible, solid as stones and perfect as flowers, without telling us that flowers hang by a thread. And then also about the fact that, often, it is also easy not to become what one dreamed of. Very few people can say that they have become what they dreamed of as children or what the world would have us be. Then, maybe sometimes it is not even the right path. We happen to dream of things that, in the end, are not so much better than what we are. If my song were an image, it would be one of those trees you climb as a child, or a slingshot.”

Critical reception. “Volevo essere un duro” received favorable reviews from Italian music critics.

Andrea Laffranchi of Corriere della Sera wrote that the song has the “delicacy of Ivan Graziani and the panache of glam rock”, associating the lyrical narrative with a fairy tale. Gianni Sibilla of Rockol stated that the song “in essence is another ballad, but with an arrangement that between strings and guitars has a 70s flavor almost Elton John music style” whose lyrics “play with the stereotypes of machismo”.

Alvise Salerno of All Music Italia wrote that although the song does not fully represent Corsi’s songwriting career, it opens up to the general public thanks to its “melodic simplicity and vocal as well as textual immediacy”. Filippo Ferrari of Rolling Stone Italia reported that the song is among the best productions of the singer-songwriter’s career, finding the lyrics “full of images that make one think about life and what a mess it is to become an adult”.

Music video. The music video of “Volevo essere un duro”, directed by Tommaso Ottomano, was released on 12 February 2025 via Corsi’s YouTube channel.[19] The video features actors Massimo Ceccherini, Leonardo Pieraccioni, Laura Locatelli, Alvise Cimarosti, and Mariia Zhizhkun.[20] It contains numerous references to other works including the music videos of Black or White by Michael Jackson and Walk This Way by Aerosmith with Run DMC and the films The Exorcist, Back to the Future and Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny from which the initial scene linked to the song “Kickapoo” by the group of the same name resumes.

O troppo sole negli occhiali

O troppo sole negli occhiali

I wanted to be a tough guy
Someone who doesn’t care about the future
A robot
A sumo wrestler
A dealer on the run from a wolf dog
At the Bologna station
A hen that lays golden eggs

But I’m nobody
I wasn’t born with a tough guy’s face
I’m even afraid of the dark
If I get into a fight, I get beaten up
So they paint my eyes black
But I’ve never wasted time
It’s time that has left me behind

“Living life is child’s play”
That’s what my mom used to tell me
As I fell from trees
How tough the world is
For the ordinary ones
Who have little love around them
Or too much sun in their glasses

I wanted to be a tough guy
Someone who doesn’t care about the future
A robot
A gold medalist in spitting
The mugger waiting for you in the dark
The King of Porta Portese
The magpie stealing your wedding ring

“Living life is child’s play”
That’s what my mom used to tell me
As I fell from trees
How tough the world is
For the ordinary ones
Who have little love around them
Or too much sun in their glasses

I wanted to be a tough guy
But I’m nobody
A white belt in judo
Instead of a star, just a sneeze

The sunflowers with sunglasses told me
“Beware of the light”
And that moons without craters
Are just rip-offs
And that in the end, there’s no use running away

Spain in the Eurovision Song Contest. Spain has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 63 times since their debut in 1961. They have won twice: in 1968 (La, La, La…) and the following year, 1969 (Vivo Cantando).

Spain is a member of the “Big-5,” which means they don’t have to go through the Semi-final round and are automatically qualified for the Grand Final. Spain is also a member of “club zero” because they have managed to get zero points 3 times. They have finished in last place 5 times in Eurovision history, the latest coming in 2017.

Spain’s best-known song is probably “Eres Tú” from Eurovision 1973 (2nd place, only four points away from victory).

• Selected entrantMelodía Ruiz Gutiérrez (born 12 October 1990), best known by her stage name Melody, is a Spanish singer. Melody became famous at the age of 10 with her song “El baile del gorila“, one of the biggest summer hits of 2001 in Spain. She has released six albums and numerous successful singles in the Spanish and Latin American markets. She is set to represent Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song “Esa diva“.

Early life. Melodía Ruiz Gutiérrez was born on 12 October 1990, in Dos Hermanas (Seville), Andalusia. Her family has strong ties to music; her father and some other family members played in a Sevilla fiesta band called Los Quillos or Los Kiyos, a Jackson 5-like group of child singers.

Melody learned to sing before she could talk. At six, she declared (to her mother) that she was born to sing and dance. Her mother tried to discourage her, saying music was a difficult profession, but she persisted.

Career.

2001: De pata negra. Melody was discovered by rumba flamenca veteran and producer El Fary after her father sent him a demo tape of her singing. El Fary was impressed and asked her to come to Madrid to record an album. In 2001, at the age of 10, Melody released her debut album De pata negra. The album was produced by Gustavo Ramudo at El Fary’s Carabirubí Producciones and released through Epic Spain (Sony Music Entertainment Spain).

The lead single “El baile del gorila“, which was written and composed by José Antonio Benítez Serrano, became a big summer hit in Spain. It reached number one in Spain for the week of 21 July. Melody became a child prodigy of Spanish music.

The song “De pata negra” was released as the second single from her debut album; it debuted at number 18 in Spain for the week of 15 September 2001 and peaked at number 12 three weeks later.

Melody’s debut album sold between 500,000 and 600,000 copies (2004). By October 2001, it had been certified double platinum in Spain for selling 200,000 copies. On 30 October, it was released in the United States and in Latin America. In May 2002, it was certified gold and then platinum (Latin) in the US by the Recording Industry Association of America. The same year, it received a Latin Grammy nomination for Best Children’s Album at the 3rd Annual Latin Grammy Awards.

2002: Muévete. On 21 February 2002, Melody performed at the Viña del Mar music festival.

On 10 June 2002, she released her second album, Muévete, also produced by Gustavo Ramudo. The title track “Muévete” debuted at number 11 in Spain for the week of 2 June 2002, peaking at number 7 one week later. The album sold 50,000 copies.

2003: T.Q.M. In early 2003, Melody’s first album De pata negra was a finalist for the Billboard Latin Music Award in the category “Latin Pop Album of the Year, New Artist”. Her third album T.Q.M. was released on 23 June 2003. It was produced by Luis Gomez Escolar and Julio Seijas. The first single was “Será“. The song “Dabadabadá” was featured on the Spanish soundtrack for the Brazilian telenovela Mulheres Apaixonadas. The soundtrack album, which also includes tracks by Jon Secada, Gloria Estefan, Huey Dunbar, and other well-known Spanish-language artists, went on sale on 23 March 2004. “Dabadabadá” was released as a single and debuted at number 9 in Spain for the week of 14 September 2003. Melody’s third album sold 30,000 copies.

In November 2003, Melody appeared on the Disney DVD Ellas & magia, a compilation of Disney princesses songs performed in Spanish by famous artists including Pastora Soler, Marta Sánchez, and Bellepop. Melody sang “No diré que es amor” from the animated film Hercules. Profits from the DVD went to the Fundación de Ayuda contra la Drogadicción.

2004: Melodía. On 18 October 2004, Melody released her fourth album Melodía, which saw her move towards a teenage audience. The album was produced by Danilo Ballo and a team led by Emanuele Ruffinengo. The first single was “Y ese niño“, which was composed by Lucas González Gómez from the duo Andy y Lucas. The album debuted at number 15 in Spain for the week of 30 October 2004.

That year, Melody also released a duet with Greek tenor Mario Frangoulis. The song, titled “Cu’mme”, was part of Frangoulis’ second international album Follow Your Heart, which was released on 9 November 2004, on Sony Classical.

2005–2008: Urban legend. By 2005 Melody had disappeared from the media and waited three years to release another record, dedicating that time to her personal development and finishing her studies. Due to her complete disappearance from the media, a rumour that she had died began circulating. An urban legend claimed she was killed in an airplane accident. Another version of her death myth, presented by a blog titled Los Corotos, alleged she committed suicide while suffering from depression, but it turns out it was another person named Melody (not Melodía, which is the singer’s real name) who died. Melody dismissed the rumours when she released her fifth album Los buenos días in 2008.

2008: Los buenos días. Los buenos días was produced by Queco and was mastered in New York. Melody was 17 at the time of the album’s release, and the album was marketed as her “first disc of maturity”. Melody co-wrote some of the tracks. The first single was “Te digo adiós“, a modern rumba flamenca song. In it, Melody appeared to become a woman.

2009: Eurovision Song Contest 2009 preliminaries. At the end of 2008, Melody collaborated with Los Vivancos, a flamenco dance group, on a song titled “Amante de la luna“, which was written by Manolo Carrasco and Fernando Bermúdez.

Melody and Los Vivancos entered the Spanish national pre-selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2009, to be held in Moscow. The selection process was organized by Radiotelevisión Española (RTVE) and began with an online vote on the RTVE website, which Melody and Los Vivancos won with 208,481 votes and advanced directly to the semifinals.

On 14 February 2009, they performed in the first of three semifinals and, having received the maximum support from the jury (12 points) and the highest score from the viewers (12 points), finished first and advanced directly to the final. In the final, held on 28 February 2009, Melody, this time on her own after Los Vivancos’ withdrawal, received the same number of points (22) as Soraya with her song “La noche es para mí”, but it was Soraya who was declared the winner because she scored higher in the televote.

2012: “Ten cuidaíto conmigo”. In 2012, Melody gave a preview of her sixth studio album, releasing a single titled “Ten cuidaíto conmigo“. The official presentation of the song was held in Málaga in February. The album’s title was announced as Mucho camino por andar. Preparing to promote the album, that spring she changed her management office to Serendipity Producciones, S.L.

2013–2014: Tu cara me suena. On 25 February 2013, Melody appeared on Antena 3 in a special charity episode of Tu cara me suena, a show in which celebrities impersonate famous singers. She impersonated Natalia Jiménez and finished second behind Anna Simon.

On 8 March 2013, Melody released a merengue version of her song “No sé“, which she re-recorded as a duet with Venezuelan reggaeton artist DJ Pana. The music video for the song was shot on location in Venezuela and Miami and premiered on YouTube on 15 October. In late October, the song reached number 1 in Venezuela.

From October 2013 to March 2014, Melody competed in the third season of Tu cara me suena, reaching the final along with Edurne, Xuso Jones, Llum Barrera, and Florentino Fernández; where she finished second. During the season, she impersonated artists like Bonnie Tyler, Katy Perry, Ricky Martin, Gloria Gaynor, Cher, Gwen Stefani (No Doubt), Alesha Dixon, and Lady Gaga. She won in four of the nineteen episodes in which she appeared.

2014: Mucho camino por andar. On 9 June 2014, Melody released her sixth album Mucho camino por andar. Recorded in 2012–2014, it was released on Rumba Records. Melody collaborated with DJ Pana, who appears on the song “Hoy me voy“. Other musicians on the album include drummer Waldo Madera, violinist Vasko Vassilev, rapper Gordo Máster, musicians Batio Barnabás and Bori de Alarcón, and songwriter José Antonio Benítez Serrano. The album, which was produced by José Marín and Toni Romero, had a new style and more modern sound than her previous albums, as well as more lyrically mature themes. Most of the songs on the album are ballads.

The album’s fourth single “Hoy me voy was launched on the radio stations Radiolé and CafeOlé on 3 June 2014. On 23 June, the song was named Hit of the Week by the web portal Música al Día.

Lyrics of ESA DIVA (Spanish Ι English)

Desde que era bien pequeña
Antes de saber andar
Fui del mundo la rumbera
Para mí era tan normal
Y descubrí a una suprema del teatro
Despreciando a los demás del camerino
Pero la supuesta diva
Por el eco de una vida
Que no le pertenecía
Se embrujó

Una diva es sencilla
Como un simple mortal
Una diva no pisa
A nadie para brillar
Su voz le hace grande
¿Qué más da?
Si ella es libre cantando
Como un pez en el mar

Una diva es valiente
Poderosa

Resurge bailando
Con más fuerza que un huracán

Ya verán…
Diva, diva, diva, diva
Diva, diva, diva, diva
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Diva, diva, diva, diva
Diva, diva, diva, diva
Oh, oh, oh, oh
¡Somos divas tú y yo!
Si ella es libre cantando
Como un pez en el mar

Una diva es valiente
Poderosa
Su vida es un jardín lleno de espinas y rosas
Resurge bailando
Con más fuerza que un huracán

Ya verán
Esa divа ѕoy YO

Since I was very little
Before learning how to walk
I was the world’s only “rumbera”
For me it was so usual

And I found out a theatre supreme
Disdaining the others in the dressing room
But the so-called diva
Due to the echo of a lifetime
That didn’t belong to her
Became bewitched

A diva is simple
Like a mere mortal
A diva doesn’t step
On anyone else to shine
Her voice makes her great
Who cares?
Because she is free singing
Like a fish in water

A diva is so brave
So powerful
Her life’s like a garden full of thorns and roses
She rises while dancing
Stronger than a hurricane

She’s the early morning mother
An artist with no line-up
With or without a fortune
They are divas as well

Fame is not your greatness
Equality is my flag
And music is my only enthusiasm

A diva is simple
Like a mere mortal
A diva doesn’t step
On anyone else to shine
Her voice makes her great
Who cares?
Because she is free singing
Like a fish in water

A diva is so brave
So powerful
Her life’s like a garden full of thorns and roses
She rises while dancing
Stronger than a hurricane

You’ll see…

Diva, diva, diva, diva
Diva, diva, diva, diva
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Diva, diva, diva, diva
Diva, diva, diva, diva
Oh, oh, oh, oh
We’re divas
You and I
Because she is free singing
Like a fish in water

A diva is so brave
So powerful
Her life’s like a garden full of thorns and roses
She rises while dancing
Stronger than a hurricane

You’ll see…
That divа iѕ ME

• Selected entrant: Remember Monday are a British country-pop girl group consisting of members Lauren Byrne, Holly-Anne Hull, and Charlotte Steele. The group first gained prominence after appearing on The Voice UK in 2019. They are set to represent the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song “What the Hell Just Happened?”.

Career. The trio met while studying together at The Sixth Form College Farnborough, where they bonded over a shared passion for music. Hull had previously performed at the 80th birthday party of Elizabeth II, who joked with her about her lack of shoes and had previously won My Camp Rock in 2009 and performed in The Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables. In addition, Byrne had played Miss Honey in Matilda and Steele had played Jane Banks in Mary Poppins. At the time they formed in 2013, they were known as Houston; they changed their name in 2018 to Remember Monday, as they had free periods that day and could sing together.

Remember Monday appeared together on the 2019 run of The Voice UK, where they auditioned with “Kiss from a Rose” by Seal. All four judges turned including three men and Jennifer Hudson; the band opted to be mentored by Hudson partly because she was the only woman on the panel and partly because she threw a shoe at them, a practice she considered complimentary. The band subsequently beat Kieron Smith during the Battle round with Phillip Phillips’s “Home”, though a performance of their own track “Jailbreaker” during the Knockout stages meant they left the competition. The band left their jobs in September 2023 to pursue music full time, with Steele giving up the deputy headship at the performing arts school Artemis College, and performed “Hand in My Pocket” by Alanis Morissette on Hudson’s chat show in 2024. That October, they released an EP, Crazy Anyway.

On 7 February 2025, Nat O’Leary and Vicky Hawkesworth announced on their morning BBC Radio 1 show that the band would represent the BBC at that year’s Eurovision Song Contest 2025. The offhand nature of their announcement was mocked online as the corporation had not made any announcement to that effect and would not make one until 7 March 2025. They were the first girl band to represent the BBC since 1999, when Precious represented the corporation, and did so with “What the Hell Just Happened?”, which charted at No. 95 on the UK singles chart the following week.

• Selected song: “What the Hell Just Happened?” is a song by British country-pop group Remember Monday. The song was released on 7 March 2025 through the independent label The Other Songs, and was written by group members Charlotte Steele, Holly-Anne Hull, and Lauren Byrne, together with Julie Aagaard, Kes Kamara, Sam Brennan, Thomas Stengaard, and Tom Hollings. It will represent the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

Remember Monday are the first girl group to represent the UK since 1999, when Precious entered the contest with the song “Say It Again”.

Background and composition. “What the Hell Just Happened?” was written by Remember Monday, in collaboration with Julie Aagaard, Kes Kamara, Thomas Stengaard, and the songwriting duo Billen Ted, namely Sam Brennan and Tom Hollings. Describing the song, the group said: “‘What The Hell Just Happened’ is exactly how we’re feeling right now! It’s all very surreal; our friendship goes so far back, and we definitely never imagined that we’d be doing anything like this.” Further, Mark Savage, a writer from the BBC, described the song as follows: “Try to imagine, if you can, that ABBA and Sam Ryder have teamed up with the cast of Six: The Musical, got blackout drunk and tried to recreate ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ from memory.”

Promotion. To promote “What the Hell Just Happened?” before the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, Remember Monday announced their intent to participate in various Eurovision pre-parties. It was first announced that they will be performing at Eurovision in Concert 2025 to be held at AFAS Live Arena in Amsterdam on 5 April 2025. Further, they will be performing at the London Eurovision Party 2025 on 13 April 2025 to be held at Here at Outernet. The group also confirmed to be participating at PrePartyES 2025 on 19 April 2025 to be held at Sala La Riviera in Madrid.

On 24 March 2025, Remember Monday made an acoustic live performance for an assembled press at an event held at Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. Billy Webber, co-founder of The Other Songs, the group’s record label, also confirmed that they will be undertaking a promotional tour across Europe.

Neil McCormick from The Telegraph, Roisin O’Connor from The Independent, and Ed Potton from The Times gave the song four out of five stars. McCormick called the track “a breathless pop pastiche of imperial period Queen with a dash of Elton John singing country with the Andrews Sisters”. He also described the song’s lyrics “a witty account of waking up the morning after a night before in comedic disarray”.[14] O’Connor commended the song’s production, describing it as “full of fun and flair”, with “dramatic piano crescendos, squalling guitar riffs, and bombastic blasts of synth”. She further commented that the song “sounds like a result of a drunken one-night stand” between “Bat Out of Hell” by Meat Loaf and “Pink Pony Club” by Chappell Roan.[13] Potton applauded the group’s vocal harmonies and describing the track as having “shades of The Last Dinner Party, before an audacious tonal shift to urgent pop that’s worthy of Girls Aloud in their pomp, and cries of ‘Freedom!’ that bring to mind George Michael”.

Writing for the British newspaper Metro, Robert Oliver also gave the song a positive review, dubbing the song as an “ambitious vocal masterclass” that the group are “sure to match on the night of the Eurovision grand final”, and further describing it as “hyperactive and fidgety pop, trying to keep a smile on its face despite a crippling hangover”.[16] In an article for Attitude, Dale Fox called the song a “country-pop earworm” which “lands somewhere between The Chicks and Fearless-era Taylor Swift, with an anthemic chorus that sounds built for the Eurovision stage”.

On the other hand, Tom Morton from National World criticised the song for its chaotic, shapeshifting mix of genres and styles, transitioning rapidly between vocal harmonies, synth-pop, and soft rock. While he described the lyrics as a “girlpower Taylor Swift personal diary intimate confessional vibes” with a “carpe diem theme”, he also added that the song “feels like it’s been written by committee, not by a songwriter, or as if AI was told to assemble music from a list of prompts which might attract Eurovision votes”.[18] Ed Power from The i Paper also gave the track a negative review, describing it as a song “you don’t hum, much less listen to again and again”; instead calling it “a plea for Eurovision to sit up and pay attention”. He also dubbed the song as having a “subtlety-deficient chorus barely 30 seconds in”.

Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

Internal selection. The United Kingdom’s broadcaster for the Eurovision Song Contest, the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), announced its intention to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 on 16 October 2024, confirming an internal selection led by Andrew Cartmell, who was appointed as the head of delegation for the country, and David May, who previously served as manager for Sam Ryder, who finished in second place for the United Kingdom in 2022.

On 29 January 2025, during The Scott Mills Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2, Scott Mills confirmed that the British entry had already been selected and that work was underway in its final presentation.[21] On 7 February 2025, BBC Radio 1 hosts Natalie O’Leary and Vicky Hawkesworth stated that Remember Monday had been selected to represent the United Kingdom in Basel;[22] the BBC did not respond to the speculation. On 7 March 2025, during The Scott Mills Breakfast Show, Remember Monday were officially confirmed as the British representatives with the song “What the Hell Just Happened?”.

At Eurovision. The Eurovision Song Contest 2025 will take place at St. Jakobshalle in Basel, Switzerland, and will consist of two semi-finals to be held on the respective dates of 13 and 16 May and the final on 17 May 2025.[24] As the United Kingdom is a member of the “Big Five”, “What the Hell Just Happened?” automatically qualified for the grand final.

Lyrics of What The Hell Just Happened? (English)

Someone lost a shoe,
I’m still in last night’s makeup,
I’m waking up like, what’s this new tattoo?
Room is spinning,
Ears are ringing,
Clutch my pearls like…What the hell just happened?
What the hell just happened?
No clue but I liked it.1, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4!Broke a heel,
Lost my keys,
Scraped my knee,
When I fell from the chandelier.
Oh what a night,
I don’t mind,
It was time to unwind and I volunteered.Look at me now,
I’m like usually keep it clean,
Beauty sleep,
Sip my tea. What the hell just happened?
What the hell just happened?
Went up on the roof,
Jumped into the pool,
You should do it too too too too,
What the hell just happened?
No clue but I liked it.Ripped my dress,
Called my ex,
I confess,
I’m obsessed,
Not the best idea.
Oh I’m a mess,
It’s a trend,
In my defence it’s been a real hard year.Freedom!
I wanna shave my head oh,
Freedom,
Paint the whole town red oh,
Freedom,
I wanna kiss a stranger,
What the hell just happened? Ooooh
What the hell just happened? What the hell just happened?
What the hell just happened?
Went up on the roof,
Jumped into the pool,
You should do it too too too too.
I know that I’m a wreck,
What did you expect?
You can blame my ex ex ex.
What the hell just happened?
No clue but I liked it.
